Michelle Obama’s makeup artist, Carl Rey, once revealed: “Michelle Obama has been using this organic Botox gel regularly on the recommendation of Kate Middleton,” according to the Zoe Report.

Kate Middleton is not the only royal who uses Biotulin Skin Care Gel; Meghan Markle is a fan of it too.

Known to activate instantly the facial gel is made from vegan products.

Biotulin Supreme Skin Gel contains spilanthol, an extraction from the acmella oleracea plant.

The product was developed by a group of scientists and was designed to be compared to needle injections, eliminating the pain and expense.

To apply the gel to the face, it is advised to use it as a soothing lotion that activates results within 24 hours, said the company site.

But, to keep your skin youthful, Michelle Obama’s makeup artist insists that applicants continue to have a healthy diet, have a full night’s sleep, and drink plenty of water.

“It’s really pretty basic,” the former FLOTUS explained to Prevention about her regular skincare regime.

“I wash my face with a good cleanser, and I use a moisturizer with an SPF. Every now and then I’ll go to a dermatologist for microderm or a facial, but I don’t have time to do that all the time.”
